A HUB Model Approach

We deliver our youth work through a hub model that brings together different strands of provision, ensuring young people can access consistent, tailored support across the places they spend most of their time. The hub model serves as a central point of coordination, connecting young people to services, opportunities, and trusted relationships in three key settings: youth clubs, schools, and communities.

The Strength of the Hub Model

Together, these three strands create a holistic, flexible, and relational offer:

  • Holistic – addressing young people’s needs across social, educational, personal, and physical development.

  • Flexible – allowing young people to access universal activities or more targeted mentoring depending on their needs.

  • Connected – making sure support is joined up across clubs, schools, and community settings.
  • Relational – placing trusted relationships at the centre, so young people feel supported wherever they engage with us.

Through this hub model, we build a web of consistent support that helps young people to thrive in their education, well-being, and communities.
